A Cozy, Safe, and Fun Stay for Your Pup!

Click the “Get Started” button anywhere on this page, and we’ll reach out to schedule a temperament evaluation if your pup hasn’t completed one yet. Once approved, you can reserve boarding through your customer portal.

To ensure a safe and happy stay, all boarding dogs must:

• Attend at least 3 days of daycare before their first boarding stay.
• Pass a temperament evaluation to ensure they are comfortable in a group setting.

• Weekdays: Drop-off is between 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Pick-up is before 10:30 AM.
• Saturdays: Drop-off is between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Pick-up is before 10:30 AM.
• Sundays: Drop-off and pick-up are available at 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, or 5:00 PM only.

If you pick up after 10:30 AM on weekdays or Saturdays, a daycare charge will apply. Late pick-ups will be charged for an additional night of boarding.

• Food: Bring your dog’s regular food to avoid digestive issues. We encourage pre-portioned and labeled meals for convenience. House food is available at an additional cost if needed.
• Bedding & Toys: You may bring your dog’s favorite blankets, pillows, or toys to help them feel at home. However, we ask that you avoid items that could be chewed or destroyed.
• Medications: If your dog requires medication, please bring it in the original packaging with clear dosage instructions.
• Leash & Collar: All dogs must arrive on a leash with a secure collar or harness.

Yes! We offer a variety of optional add-ons to make your dog’s stay more enjoyable. These include off-site leash walks, one-on-one fetch sessions, stuffed Kong toys, various treats and bones (given under supervision), frozen pup parfaits, specialty treats, and exit baths or nail trims before heading home.

Add-ons can be selected at check-in or through your customer portal at any time.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of a stay will incur a $25 fee.
• A $10 holiday boarding fee applies on the following RI state and federal holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Victory Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.

If your dog hasn't attended daycare in more than 6 months, they will need a re-evaluation and at least 3 daycare visits before their next boarding stay. This helps ensure they remain comfortable in a social setting.
